“How Much Money Is In That Log?” 8 LEAP Credits & Forester Licensing Credits

How do you get the most money out of that hardwood tree? We will have logs already sawn to see actual defects as they progress through the stem and log buyers will talk about maximizing value yield. An important workshop to improve log bucking skills and to better understand grading specs for hardwood sawmills.

Pittsford, Mill is 1 mi. East of VT Rte 3 coming from Proctor using Stevens Rd., or 1.5 mi S off VT Rte 3, coming from the north using Corn Hill Rd. or 1.5 miles off US RT 7 using Pinnacle Ridge West then Grove Street North.
Cost: $50/ $45 for Current VFPA members. Please bring hardhat & ear protection.
