Many woodland owners want to pass their land on to their heirs. Unfortunately, due to a lack of planning or inadequate planning, the majority of woodland ends up being sold outside the family. Preserving your legacy requires planning and that involves more than just having a will or an estate plan. Legacy planning expert Mary Sisock will present Leaving a Land Legacy, what you really need to know to make it work. Three half-day workshops (8:30am to noon) are being offered during the next three months. Cost $15; additional family $10 each. Registration is required. Select the date that you wish to attend to access registration for that workshop.
